1. Agreement

These terms cover your use of Randomsoundbuttons. The Privacy policy and the Copyright policy are part of them. If you do not agree, don’t use the site.

2. The service

The site lets you play sound buttons in the browser and like them on your device. We may add, change, or remove sounds, pages, and features. The site can be unavailable while it is updated or when something breaks.

3. Acceptable use

Use the site for yourself. Don’t try to break it, overload it, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people. Don’t use the sounds or the site to harass anyone, or in a way that breaks the law.

4. Intellectual property

The name Randomsoundbuttons, the logo, the site design, and the original sound recordings are ours, or used with permission. You may play the sounds on the site. You may not copy the site, the recordings, or the logo and present them as your own, and you may not sell them, without written permission.

Other people’s trademarks and copyrights stay theirs. Read the Copyright policy if you think something on the site uses your work.

5. No affiliation

The site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any film studio, game publisher, musician, or other soundboard. Button names describe the effect.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided as is. We don’t promise that every sound will play on every phone or browser, or that the site will always be available or error-free.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit, including liability that cannot be excluded for consumers.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply to that later use.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If a mandatory consumer law in your country gives you a right, that right still applies.
